Reports

Seobase allows you to set up and schedule automatic email reports so that you could get regular updates and never let your tracked websites get out of sight.

Note: the first report will be sent out at the moment of creation or shortly after.

Reports are sent on the day of the week when you created it. So if a report was created on Tuesday and it is a daily report then you will be receiving it every day.

If it is a weekly report, it will be sent to you and your recipients on the day of the week it was created (on Tuesday in our example).

And if it is a monthly report, then it will be sent to you on the date of the month it was created. Let’s say you created your report on the 5th of October. The first report will be sent out right away shortly after. The second report will be sent out on the 5th of November respectively.

And in the case when you created the report on the 31st of the month and the next month has only 30 days, the next report will be sent on the 30th of the month respectively.

If you update your report and change its type, the next sent date will be affected.

If you update only the report's name or recipients, the sent date will not be affected.

In order to create a report, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the tracking overview page and click on the blue “Reports” button in the top right corner

  2. Select the frequency of your report: daily, weekly, monthly.

  3. Enter recipients email addresses. Separate each email by pressing Tab or Enter key on your keyboard. Note that report’s recipients do not have to belong to your seobase system, it can be any email.

  4. Enter report’s name.

  5. Click on the blue “Create” button.

Note: Only Admins and Managers can set up reports.
